The TailMe team uses DSV and The Courier Guy as to-your-door courier services, or PuDo Lockers & Postnet as destination courier services (on request). We find these courier companies to be reliable and cost-effective, helping us achieve our mission to deliver your goods quickly, reliably, and affordably. Each order is allocated a unique tracking number, and depending on your distance from a main hub, it will take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive. You are welcome to contact us anytime to find out the status of your package.
You can choose to have your courier collect your package, or you can collect it locally from our offices at 8 Montcalm Road, Morningside, Durban, 4001.
We offer express shipping, which processes your package overnight using The Courier Guy. Your package will usually arrive the next day if you are in a main hub or the day after if you are in an outlying area. Please note that orders booked as express must be made in the morning. Courier services do not operate on weekends or public holidays, so Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.
Orders for medical recovery items take priority due to their urgent nature. You can choose to book them via standard economy or express.

Boxes are a sturdy option for couriering larger items or items that require extra protection in transit.
